A fixed crib appliance consisting of two crowns or bands on the second primary molars connected with a palatal arch which has a crib soldered to it.The price per book is $25. If ordering multiple copies, the discounted price will be as follows:

  • 0% discount for orders of 1 to 4 books (Sales tax of 8.25% and freight are included in price)
  • 20% discount for orders of 5 to 9 books(Sales tax of 8.25% and freight are not included in price)
  • 40% discount for orders of 10 to 20 books (Sales tax of 8.25% and freight are not included in price)
  • 50% discount for orders of 21 or more books (Sales tax of 8.25% and freight are not included in price)

The total for one copy is $29.06 if mailed within the United States; $33.56 if mailed overseas. An invoice will be emailed to you. Payment may be made by check or money order only, made out to "TPS". Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery.
